SEO Manager Interview Questions

You may be unsure as to the traits and skillsets required for an SEO Manager, given that this is a fairly new role. Look for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and always learning. You’ll want someone who does a lot of their own research to stay on top of SEO trends. Evidence of side-projects is a good sign they are dedicated to growing their skill and working hard. A great SEO Manager is also a problem-solver who loves attacking difficult puzzles. They also require great communication skills to introduce and explain their findings to others on the team who may not be so analytical and data-driven.
