How will I be billed?

For the monthly billing option, you’ll input your credit card billing information. Once a month, we’ll automatically deduct the amount owed for the upcoming month. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our online billing system.

Is my credit card information secure?

Definitely. We use Stripe to safeguard your payment information. Your information including your name is encrypted and sent through a 256-bit Secure Socket Layer so that it cannot be read in transit by a third party. It’s tough as nails.

Do I have to pay annually?

Nope! Payments can be made monthly or annually and you can pause, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time!

Are you able to invoice me?

Our system is set-up to be self-serve. If you prefer for us to invoice you, we certainly can. We do, however require that you pay the invoice in advance of activating the job posting. To request an invoice, email us at support@alongside.com.

What do the levels of customer support mean?

Standard: We will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours. Priority: We will respond to your inquiries within 4 hours. Premium: We assign one of our team members to your account to always be there and work alongside you.

Is my personal information safe?
