Personal Banker Responsibilties:

This position reports to the Branch Manager. Duties may include:

• Assisting our customers with opening and closing accounts as well as transactions, purchases, etc
• Informing customers of our banking products and helping them choose products that best suit their profile and needs
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies with account information, transactions, or services
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing advice as needed
• Verifying account information and applications to ensure data is accurate
• Creating updates and making changes to account information in our database
• Other duties as assigned

Personal Banker Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field of study
• 1-3 years experience in the banking industry
• Customer service experience considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Oral and written English communication skills are mandatory for this role
