UX Designer Introduction:

UX Designer Responsibilties:

In this role, you will report to the VP of Design. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to receive feedback or suggestions
  • Developing storyboards
  • Assisting with A/B testing as well as user testing
  • Learning from and making decisions based on user surveys and design team meetings.
  • Creating and presenting wireframes and prototypes for approval
  • Working with our design team to ensure all designs and products we create are user-friendly
  • Following the UX best practices from our company and the industry
  • Other duties as required


UX Designer Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary study in Design
  • Post-Secondary degree in Psychology, Computer Science, or Engineering would be considered an asset but is not required
  • 3+ years of UX experience
  • Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency
  • Must be a highly Creative thinker
  • Experience using prototyping tools such as Invision, Sketch, or Azure.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Able to take and apply constructive feedback to work
