Server Introduction:

In this role, you will be interacting with our customers and ensuring that their needs are met while in our restaurant. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for customers.

Server Responsibilties:

In this role, you will report to the Restaurant Manager. Duties may include:

  • Greeting customers at their table and introducing the menu
  • Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients as making recommendations
  • Preparing tables before and during service
  • Providing excellent and timely customer service
  • Recording guest orders and communicating with the kitchen or bar about special requests or dietary requirements
  • Maintaining great communication with kitchen staff on orders, appropriate timing for courses, reservations, etc.
  • Delivering food and drinks to tables
  • Responding to customer concerns or issues with the service or their order
  • Taking orders over the phone and coordinating delivery
  • Basic cleaning tasks before and after shift as needed
  • Other duties as required

Server Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service role considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Must be able to stand for eight hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
