Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilties:

This position reports to the __________________. Duties may include:

  • Managing executives’ schedules and booking meetings
  • Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries
  • Screening email communication, responding to emails as appropriate
  • Researching conferences, trade shows, and other events that may be relevant for executive team members
  • Coordinating travel plans for executive team
  • Making arrangements for meal orders, transportation, and other requests
  • Overseeing and delegating tasks to the admin team
  • Supporting bookkeeping and payroll activities as needed
  • Proofreading and editing drafts of reports, emails, and other work for the executive team
  • Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Senior Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Six or more years experience in administrative roles
  • Completed College Diploma in Office Administration (or relevant study) considered an asset but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Work experience in our industry considered a strong asset but not required
  • Prior experience managing admin teams also considered a strong asset
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills
