Retail Banker Responsibilties:

This position reports to the ______________________. Duties may include:

• Providing timely and friendly customer service
• Assisting our customers with their needs such as opening and closing accounts, completing transactions, etc.
• Onboarding new clients to our products and services through application, set-up, and product ‘tours’
• Explaining our products and services to customers and helping them choose products that best suit their profile and needs
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies with account information, transactions, etc.
• Informing customers of new and relevant banking products
• Verifying account information and applications to ensure data is accurate
• Creating updates and making changes to account information in our database
• Other duties as assigned

Retail Banker Qualifications:

• Completed post-secondary study (University or college level) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study
• 1-3 years experience in the banking industry
• Customer service experience considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Oral and written English communication skills are mandatory for this role
