Insurance Broker:

We are looking for a responsible and personable individual to fill our Insurance Broker position. You will be working with our clients to provide them with insurance and to ensure that they are happy with our company. You will handle our database and ensure that it is up to date. You will be asked to interact with our clients constantly and to provide them with what they need to feel welcomed to our company. To succeed in this role, you will need to act professionally and be knowledgeable about insurance.

Insurance Broker Responsibilties:

This position reports to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities may include the following:

• Communicating with clients about their insurance needs
• Handling customer requests in a timely manner
• Manage our client database
• Processing of insurance certificates
• Additional tasks as required
  
  

Insurance Broker Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education focusing on Finance and/or Accounting
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Insurance license
• Business knowledge
• Strong communication skills
