Alongside Pro Tip:

Have fun with this job posting! Create an enticing ad to attract top talent in the culinary field. Adding lots of insights about your company’s brand and culinary philosophy may help to sell the job posting. Make sure to include information about awards your company has received and a link or two to media pieces that offer praise. You’ll want head chefs to be interested and excited in this opportunity.

This may also be a job posting that is less successful on traditional job boards. Head chefs that are top of the business may not need to look for new opportunities. Brainstorm innovative ways to promote your job where top talent will see it such as food magazines, food blogs or online communities, etc.
