Customer Service Representative Responsibilties:

This role reports to our Sales Manager. Tasks will include:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in onboarding of new customers
  • Engaging with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Communicating customer feedback to management
  • Proactively seek opportunities to engage with new and existing customers to improve their experience with our platform
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Work with our development and product managers to resolve any issues and relay updates back to the customer.
  • Present benefits of our product and service offerings


Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-Secondary study in Business, Sales, or Marketing considered an asset, but not required
  • 1 or more years of previous experience in customer service is considered a strong asset
