Construction Project Manager Introduction:

We are looking for a leader to fill our vacant position of Construction Project Manager. You would become our go-to person during a variety of construction plans. You would lead a team of talented workers to ensure that all projects are completed properly and in a timely manner. The keys to success in this position are acting as a leader for your team and being extremely organized. You will play a powerful role in all construction projects and the success of those projects will depend on the team you lead.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilties:

In this role, you will lead the construction team and report to the Construction Manager. Responsibilities may include:

• Acting as a mentor for employees and ensuring they develop within our company
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and your team
• Creating schedules of work and organizing workflow for your team
• Acquiring materials as needed
• Participating in the process of securing additional projects
• Assisting in the development of a safety plan
• Other duties as required

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years in construction
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Degree in constuction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills
• Leadership abilities
• Professional manner during client interactions
