Billing Clerk:

If you’re a friendly, detail-oriented person, we want you for our Billing Clerk position. In this role, you would be tasked with entering all client billings into our system. You will have to communicate with various departments in the company when clients have issues with their billing. Creating positive relationships with our clients is an important aspect of this job. Staying positive and having great customer service ability will be keys to success in this position.

Billing Clerk Responsibilties:

This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Preparing bills for clients
  • Interacting with clients to create a great experience
  • Handling of payments
  • Assist Billing Specialists with projects
  • Administrative tasks as necessary
  • Additional projects as required

Billing Clerk Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education focusing on Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Use of accounting software (e.g. Sage)
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
