Bartender Introduction:

Bartender Responsibilties:

In this role, you will report to the Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities may include:

  • Recording guest orders and providing recommendations when asked
  • Upselling drinks to maximize profits
  • Mixing great quality drinks and serving food to our guests
  • Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
  • Providing excellent and timely customer service
  • Serve guests responsibly to ensure they are safe
  • Stocking the bar inventory when needed
  • Other duties as required

Bartender Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bartending experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be of legal drinking age
  • Smart Serve certification (or equivalent Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP) in your location*)
  • Mixology Certification considered a definite asset
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
