We are looking for a strong leader with experience to lead our administrative team as Administration Manager. This position reports to the Executive Director. Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Aid in the evaluation process of administrative staff
  • Filing of documents
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitoring inventory and purchasing of new office supplies all in keeping in line with budgetary requirements

  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow of activity
  • Additional tasks as required

Administration Manager Qualifications:
